Your role
As our new Head of Strategy and Sales, you will lead a group of 7 professionals within strategy, marketing and sales. The team is highly motivated, successful and take ownership of their areas of responsibility.
The Head of Strategy and Sales will:
Develop the organization's long-term and short-term strategic goals and monitor the execution of the strategic initiatives
Identify short-term and long-term business risks and opportunities and take lead on related activities
Ensure the company sustains revenue growth by developing sales strategies, overseeing sales activities and efficient use of sales processes and KPI measurements
Motivate, develop, engage the team through leadership and communication of common goals
Promote a mindset of strategic thinking and winning business throughout the organization
Your profile
This opportunity requires excellent management and highly developed leadership skills.
You have an excellent understanding of business operations and procedures, strong planning skills combined with good analytical abilities.
You have demonstrated vision and passion for achievement and thrives on working in a dynamic work environment.
You have strategic and sales experience on senior level preferably in the defense domain.
We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates who are excellent communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and speak/write English fluently.
